OQCS is a quality consulting and inspection service firm established in March 2006 by Fredy Fong who has more than 15 years experience in offshore manufacturing.

Company History

• March 2006: Offshore Quality Consultant Service (HK) Ltd. established in Hong Kong
• April 2006: First consulting services contract for a manufacturer in China partnered with US client
• April 2006: Service coverage cover GuangDong Province
• March 2007: Established OQCS ZhongShan office
• April 2008: Established PT. Offshore Quality Consultant Service - Indonesia in Surabaya.
      This new established organization is the first subsidiary organization of OQCS outside HongKong and China
• June 2008: Extend service coverage to cover Fujian Province
• September 2008: Extend service coverage to cover ShangHai
• September 2009: Established GuangZhou Offhore Quality Consultant Service Ltd.
• January 2010: OQCS obtained ISO 9001:2010 certification.
