This service is to ensure that

  1. The supplier is legitimate
  2. The supplier has the capability to produce or has done similar to the products that will be ordered

Quality System Audit (ISO 9000)

This service is to ensure that

  1. The supplier has sufficient system to maintain quality of products
  2. The supplier has appropriate process control to ensure that good product can be produced
  3. The supplier has capable and sufficient resources to ensure that the product can met the contractual requirement

Social Accountability (SA8000 or code of conduct)

This service is to ensure that

  1. Supplier is socially accountable
  2. Meet SA8000 requirement or Code of Conduct
  3. Meet a certain distributor (eg. Walmart, Lidl, etc) Social Audit requirement
